About Hilary
***New clients please read carefully***I have been a Dietitian since 2016 and specialize in fat loss and physique transformations. The age range I work with are women in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. I do not work with vegan or vegetarian clients, this is not my specialty. You must be physically able to lift weights and perform cardio such as jogging, as both these exercises are necessary to have a body transformation. I have a proven track record of getting clients to their weight loss goals, as I have personally worked with some of the best coaches in the industry for my own fitness journey and have amassed pragmatic as well as scientific knowledge of what works and what doesn't. Approach to care
I have a passion to to help people lose body fat, build muscle, and feel good in their body. From 2021-2023 I interned with Dr. Ramaley in Seattle Washington, giving me experience in Functional Medicine and how to help clients with their internal health as much as their external body. In 2021 I completed a body building competition in the Bikini division and now take a lot of inspiration from that style of coaching. I have helped women lose up to 70 lbs, and men who have worked with me have gotten as lean as 7% body fat. A blend of both weight lifting and cardio will likely be required. I only ask that my clients keep an open mind when it comes to changing their diet and exercise routines.
Your first session with Hilary
The first appointment is geared towards assessing if we are a good match to work together. Ideally we will see each other for 55 minutes once a week for 3 weeks, then we will start to spread out appointment further. I ask for a 3 month commitment as body transformations take time! Its important that we are both on board with the style of care you will be receiving from me, as I my clients often stay with me for 6 months to a year or longer! After discussing your medical history, we will discuss your goals and motivating factors to help you reach your desired body fat %, (or desired muscle mass.) We will discuss what an attainable and sustainable body fat % may be for you personally. Your macros will be calculated and a plan will begin to take place. At each visit will continue to build and hone your plan, while simultaneously working on your internal health, monitoring markers such as lab values, hormones, sleep, and gut health.
