As a lifelong runner, surfer, sailor, and all-around active gal, I understand the real-world challenges of staying energized and balanced through movement and life. I’ve been living a plant-based lifestyle for over 25 years and love helping others discover how sustainable, delicious, and performance-supportive plant-based eating can be. Whether you're training for your next race, getting back into a fitness routine, or simply looking to eat more plant-based without the stress, I’m here to guide you with real-world strategies that fit your lifestyle. My approach is practical, judgment-free, and grounded in evidence-based nutrition—so you can build habits that actually stick.

In our first session together, my goal is to get to know you—not just your nutrition goals, but your lifestyle, routine, challenges, and what motivates you. We'll have a relaxed, judgment-free conversation where we explore your current eating habits, activity levels, medical history, and any specific concerns or goals you’d like to focus on. By the end of our session, you’ll leave with a clear sense of your nutrition priorities, practical first steps to start moving toward your goals and a supportive partner (that’s me!) to guide you along the way.
