About Holly
Hi, I'm Holly! I am a Registered Dietitian on a mission to make healthy living accessible, enjoyable, and fun. Having gone through my own journey of losing over 100 lbs, I understand firsthand that lasting change isn’t about quick fixes, it’s about finding what truly works for you. I take a more carefree, laid-back approach to nutrition to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout the process. I’ve worked in both clinical and community settings, supporting clients from all walks of life as they navigate sustainable lifestyle changes. I’m passionate about building strong, trusting relationships with my clients, breaking down barriers to healthy eating, and taking the stress out of behavior change.

My approach is centered on making wellness both realistic and rewarding. Understanding what motivates and inspires you is key to creating habits that feel meaningful and sustainable long term. I love helping people discover strategies that fit into their unique lives, whether that’s finding joy in movement, building a positive relationship with food, or learning how to navigate setbacks with compassion. Together, we work to build a foundation of wellness that empowers you to thrive not just in the short term, but for the long haul.
Your first session with Holly
Your first session is a welcoming, judgment-free conversation all about you. It marks the beginning of our journey together, and my main goal is to learn as much as I can about your experiences, medical history, relationship with food, and goals. We’ll also explore what has helped or challenged you in the past so we can build a plan that truly supports you. This is a collaborative space, and you don’t need to have everything figured out. By the end of our session, we’ll identify 1 or 2 realistic short-term goals and outline a clear, simple path forward, along with actionable steps to guide you between sessions. Together, we’ll lay the foundation for meaningful and lasting progress so you feel supported from day one. I cannot wait to meet you!
