About Holly

Hi, I’m Holly! I’ve always loved food and helping people—becoming a dietitian and chef allowed me to combine both of my passions. My own health journey with IBS taught me that food is healing, and I take a holistic, individualized approach to nutrition. I focus on nutrition by addition, helping clients find balance and joy in eating rather than restriction.

With 10 years of experience in private practice, corporate wellness, media, and 6 years in telehealth, I specialize in culinary nutrition and have experience creating recipes for food companies. I’ve helped clients navigate nutrition for food allergies, gut health, weight management, and other health conditions, while also collaborating with brands like CMT, Lululemon, and the NFL.

Outside of work, I love creating in the kitchen—I’m known for my gluten-free pop tarts and homemade vegan crunchwraps! Food should be fun, and every nutrition journey is unique. I’d love to help you navigate yours.

Approach to care

I believe that nutrition is personalized and unique to each individual, which is why I take a tailored approach—meeting you where you are and creating realistic, sustainable strategies that fit your lifestyle. True whole-body wellness goes beyond just food—it’s about nourishing the body in a way that supports overall well-being (sleep, stress, movement, etc). With an energetic and bubbly style, I make sessions fun and approachable. My goal is to make food feel simple and enjoyable while addressing the root causes of health concerns. Through education, encouragement, and ongoing support, I collaborate with you, offering guidance and accountability along the way. In a judgment-free space, I empower you to take control of your health and feel like the best version of yourself.

Your first session with Holly

In our first telehealth session, we'll take some time to get to know each other and talk about your life. I want to hear all about you—your health history, lifestyle, current eating habits, and anything that’s important to you. We’ll talk about your goals and figure out how we can work together to reach them. I’ll ask open-ended questions to get the conversation going, and you’re welcome to ask me anything along the way. By the end of our session, we’ll set a goal or two to help you get started with some support and accountability. Follow-up sessions are all about you and what you want to focus on. We’ll celebrate your wins, talk through any challenges, and dive into things like nutrition tips, meal planning, stress management, and sleep strategies. I’m here to listen, guide you, and cheer you on as you work towards your goals!
