Originally from Trinidad & Tobago, I now call sunny (and sometimes soggy!) South Florida home. With over 5 years of experience as a clinical dietitian, Iāve cared for thousands of people dealing with tough, long-term health issues in hospitals and clinics, so I understand how overwhelming you may feel. Iāve also guided over 100 people on their weight loss journeys using GLP-1 medications.
