About Holly
My name is Holly, and I have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 7 years. My background is in clinical/hospital settings, and I have seen first-hand how challenging it is to manage chronic diseases. This has inspired me to advocate for proactive nutrition interventions for adults of all ages. When not providing nutritional counseling, I can be found spending time with my husband, Ken, and my sweet senior dog, Bella. We love hiking and taking evening walks around the neighborhood.
Approach to care
My approach to nutrition is to focus on whole foods and whole body health. I feel strongly that nutrition is more than just the food we consume- our social, cultural, and environmental settings play a huge part in overall health. My goal is to help patients feel their best through individualized nutritional care with empathy and compassion.
Your first session with Holly
I want to build a great relationship with patients, so I am excited to chat and get to know my patients to best address nutritional concerns and goals. Please come prepared to answer a lot of questions about yourself! My approach focuses on the "why" behind nutrition recommendations. I do not provide a list of "good" or "bad" foods-- nutrition is much more nuanced! I look forward to working with patients to make lifestyle changes that best fit their individual lifestyles.
