About Hope

Hope is a non-diet, Intuitive Eating dietitian passionate about helping clients rebuild a positive and sustainable relationship with food and body. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics with a minor in Psychology at the University of Wyoming and completed her Dietetic Internship through the University of Northern Colorado. She specializes in the treatment of eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, OSFED, ARFID, generalized disordered eating, and emotional eating. She is also experienced in supporting patients with goals related to general health, heart health, diabetes or pre-diabetes, and weight management, all through a Health at Every Size (HAES) lens.

Approach to care

Hope takes a patient-centered approach, providing personalized, evidence-based care that integrates Intuitive Eating principles with an anti-diet philosophy. She is dedicated to empowering patients to break free from diet culture and discover how nutrition can support healing, balance, and a more joyful, fulfilling life. Drawing on both personal and professional experience, Hope meets patients with understanding and compassion. For patients who wish to incorporate their faith, Hope also offers a Christian-based counseling approach to support their healing journey.

Your first session with Hope

In your first session, Hope will take time to really get to know you—your story, your health background, your relationship with food, and what life looks like for you right now. Together, you’ll set realistic goals and lay a strong foundation to support your journey toward food freedom. You’ll also talk through what to expect in future sessions and create simple, doable steps to help you start moving forward with confidence.
