About Hua

I hold a Master of Science in Nutrition, Healthspan, and Longevity from the University of Southern California’s School of Gerontology. I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a passion for helping women feel strong, empowered, and in control of their health—especially during hormonal transitions like perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. I also specialize in metabolic health and take a whole-person, science-informed approach that integrates nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset. I became a dietitian because I believe food is one of the most powerful tools we have for long-term vitality—and every woman deserves support that honors both her biology and her story.

Approach to care

Clients can expect practical, personalized guidance rooted in the latest research—whether you’re navigating stubborn weight changes, energy dips, blood sugar swings, or mood fluctuations. I’m here to help you cut through the noise and build sustainable habits that fit your life, not the other way around.

Your first session with Hua

Your first session is all about you—your goals, your routines, and your story. We’ll talk through what’s been working, where you’ve felt stuck, and what you’d like to improve, whether that’s energy, hormones, weight, or overall balance. You’ll leave with a realistic, personalized plan that fits your life—not a rigid set of rules—and a clear sense of direction for moving forward. My goal is to create a space that feels supportive and judgment-free, where you feel understood, guided, and empowered to take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
