About Hunter

Hi! I’m a Registered Dietitian who overcame years of disordered eating and healed my relationship with food and my body. I’m grateful to share my story, paired with education, to help others find food freedom and enjoy life again. I look forward to working with you and helping you live your BEST life!

Approach to care

I practice with an Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size philosophy, striving to create individualized, compassionate care for each of my clients. I support my patients in reaching food autonomy and experiencing the joy of living in their bodies with confidence. Grounded in warmth, empathy, and non-judgment, I’m known for being an exceptional listener who helps clients feel truly seen, heard, and understood. I provide clear, practical guidance—offering actionable steps, personalized nutrition education, and achievable goals—while empowering clients through encouragement, positive accountability, and a strengths-based approach. My sessions are collaborative, motivating, and tailored to each person’s needs, helping them build confidence, dismantle negative self-talk, and create sustainable habits that honor both their health and their lived experience.

Your first session with Hunter

I’m passionate about taking the time to get to know you and your unique story. In our first session together, we’ll focus on building a trusting relationship while exploring the factors that shape your health. I’ll delve into your history and gather detailed information about your past and current health conditions, lifestyle habits, sleep, movement, stress, medications, and dietary patterns. I’ll also ask about your goals, preferences, and the changes you feel open to making. This conversation is designed to help me understand what you’ve tried before—what worked, what didn’t—and to give you insight into the most aligned next steps for your journey. By the end of the session, you’ll feel supported, encouraged, and grounded in a clear direction forward. 🌿 Best Fit to Work Together: You’re available to meet during daytime hours, Monday–Friday, and can commit to weekly sessions at first, then bi-weekly check-ins for accountability.
