Hello, I’m Ibrahim Bensouda, a Registered Dietitian who helps individuals and families build sustainable, realistic nutrition habits that support both everyday health and performance. I believe nutrition should feel practical, flexible, and tailored to your lifestyle—not restrictive or overwhelming. I work with children, teens, and adults, and specialize in sports nutrition, gut health, weight management, diabetes, heart health, women’s health (pregnancy & postpartum), pediatrics, and general wellness. Whether you’re fueling for athletic performance, managing a health condition, or simply looking to improve your energy and digestion, I focus on evidence-based strategies that fit into real life. Outside of work, I enjoy playing soccer, spending time with family and friends, and relaxing with my dog. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

You’ll leave the session with practical guidance you can start using right away, along with a plan for follow-up support if needed.
