About Ingrid
Hi, I am a registered dietitian passionate about helping individuals build a healthy relationship with food and improve long-term wellbeing. As a former high-performance karate athlete, I’ve experienced how nutrition and mindset impact energy, performance, and overall health. I use that insight to help clients feel strong, balanced, and confident at every stage of life. I specialize in personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling focused on women’s health, hormonal balance, weight management, sports nutrition, and healthy aging. I also support prenatal and postnatal nutrition and help individuals manage PCOS, UTIs, and other health concerns. With experience across clinical, community, and foodservice settings, from hospital care to school wellness programs, I take a comprehensive and culturally inclusive approach to nutrition that fits your unique lifestyle.
Approach to care
My approach blends science with empathy. I believe nutrition should feel simple, practical, and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. Together, we’ll identify what truly supports your goals and design a plan that honors your preferences, routines, and culture. Each session is tailored to you. Whether we’re optimizing your nutrition for better energy, managing a chronic condition, or supporting your wellness during life transitions such as pregnancy, menopause, or athletic training, you’ll receive guidance that is realistic, sustainable, and rooted in the latest research.
Your first session with Ingrid
Your first session is all about you! Your goals, lifestyle, challenges, and what you hope to achieve. We’ll discuss your medical history, current habits, and any symptoms or concerns you’d like to address. From there, we’ll set clear, achievable goals and outline the first steps of your personalized nutrition plan. You’ll leave the session with actionable recommendations that fit your day-to-day life, along with the reassurance that this is a partnership where your voice and experience matter.
