About Inna
I am passionate about both food and travel, I understand how important to eat healthy and delicious at the same time while on the go. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to overlook the impact that travel can have on peoples physical and mental health as well as well benign. I have been dedicating to helping clients navigate their dietary needs and preferences during travel, ensuring they can enjoy new experiences without compromising their health. It’s people’s nature to get a fast and easy answer. With the growing use of technologies like “Doctor Google” and AI for quick answers, people often do so. Unfortunately, they receive not clear, conflicting diet advises which overwhelmed them even more. And they decide to continue not to bring any positive changes into their life. My personal and professional mojo offers honest, personalized, professional, and reliable recommendations which help my clients to improve their life and if they want, allow them to travel around the world.
Approach to care
My life credo, "We are what we eat," highlights how food impacts our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. A quick look at a shopping cart can reveal a lot about a person. The nutrients, vitamins, and minerals we consume shape our bodies and influence how we feel, look, and function. This idea aligns with a family value of mine: "If people cook and eat together, they stick together." The phrase "Food is medicine" extends this concept, promoting food as both a preventive and therapeutic approach to health. Just like medicine, food can heal, prevent illness, and enhance wellness. Nutrient-dense, whole foods support immune function, reduce inflammation, and improve mental clarity. By choosing whole, nutritious foods, we take charge of our health, prevent disease, and foster vitality. Would you like to explore specific foods with medicinal benefits or learn how to create a balanced, health-boosting diet?
Your first session with Inna
In our first session, our primary goal will be to establish a positive and open relationship where you feel heard and supported. We'll take time to get to know each other better, discussing your background, preferences, and any specific concerns or challenges you may have. This conversation will help me understand your motivations and the reasons behind your interest in improving your nutrition habits. Together, we’ll explore your lifestyle, preferences, and goals so we can create personalized, realistic objectives that fit seamlessly into your daily routine. My aim is to set achievable goals that feel manageable, ensuring that the changes we work toward are not only sustainable but also supportive of your overall well-being. By the end of the session, we'll have a clear understanding of your unique needs, and we’ll outline how we can move forward in a way that empowers you to develop a positive relationship with food and build habits that support your health.
