About Irina
I'm a registered dietitian with experience in women's health and behavioral health nutrition. I've worked with adults navigating life transitions, chronic health conditions, and recovery from substance use, helping them rebuild sustainable habits and improve their relationship with food. I understand that nutrition is rarely just about food, it's influenced by stress, routines, emotions, and environment. My background allows me to support clients in creating meaningful, realistic change that lasts.
Approach to care
My approach is collaborative, practical, and evidence-based. I believe nutrition advice should fit into your real life; your schedule, culture, preferences and goals. Rather than rigid meal plans or extreme approaches, I focus on sustainable strategies that build confidence over time. I integrate behavior change techniques with clinical expertise, so we address not just what to eat, but the patterns and habits behind your choices. My counseling style is warm, nonjudgmental, and goal oriented; centered on progress, not perfection.
Your first session with Irina
Our first session is about understanding you. We'll discuss your health history, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you've faced with nutrition in the past. Together, we'll identify realistic priorities and create clear, actionable next steps. You can expect a supportive, structured conversation; one where you feel heard, not judged. My goal is to help you leave your first session feeling confident, clear, and empowered about your next steps.
