About Isabella
Hi there, I’m Isabella! I am a Latina registered dietitian nutritionist and I believe the most meaningful health changes start with feeling truly heard and supported. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are at and my goal is to make nutrition feel clear, manageable, and empowering, not confusing, overwhelming, or rigid. As a dietitian I can help you navigate the ever-changing world of nutrition using both clinical knowledge and practical strategies that fit your lifestyle. I’ve worked in government at the federal and state level helping children get access to nutrition through school meals, and at Johns Hopkins Hospital treating specialized cases in the areas of surgery, maternity, cancer, and psychiatry.
Approach to care
My approach to care is collaborative and personalized. Rather than handing out generic advice, I focus on helping you sift through the noise, understand what truly matters for your health, and build habits that feel sustainable and doable. I aim to create a safe space where you can ask questions, explore challenges, and celebrate wins.
Your first session with Isabella
In each session, we will identify 1-2 small, attainable goals that feel realistic and are aligned with your priorities. Over time, these small shifts lead to meaningful, long-lasting change. Working with me also means setting realistic expectations. I won’t hand you a quick fix or a meal plan. I am here to guide and support you, but meaningful change requires consistency, honesty, and willingness to put in the work, even when the progress feels slow. By the end of our work together, you’ll feel more confident in your nutrition choices, more in tune with your body, and equipped with practical tools you can rely on long term. Most importantly, you will feel supported every step of the way.
