About Isabelle

Hi, my name is Isabelle! I am a Registered Dietitian and 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher with a passion for guiding others toward a more mindful, nourishing, and sustainable way of living. I graduated from The Ohio State University’s Medical Dietetics Coordinated Undergraduate Program (Go Buckeyes!) and have over a year of experience in one-on-one nutrition counseling. My work is rooted in a holistic philosophy—blending evidence-based nutrition with movement, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique journey. I am currently pursuing a certification in Mindfulness-Based Eating & Awareness Training (MB-EAT), which allows me to integrate mindfulness and intuitive eating into sessions in a meaningful, practical way. I truly love getting to know my clients, building relationships, and creating personalized paths toward sustainable wellness. Whether we’re talking food, feelings, or finding balance, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Approach to care

“How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world.” — Anne Frank. My approach to care blends the latest research with timeless principles rooted in the belief that food is medicine. With a commitment to continuous learning, I craft personalized, sustainable wellness plans that integrate nutrition, movement, and holistic practices—empowering individuals to reclaim their vitality and purpose through intentional wellness.

Your first session with Isabelle

Our first session is all about connection and understanding. Rather than focusing solely on food, we'll explore the bigger picture—your experiences, lifestyle, values, and the motivations behind your goals. This is a space to share your story, including your health history, current habits, and any challenges or supports in place. By getting to know the whole person, not just the plate, we can work together to begin crafting a wellness path that’s both personalized and sustainable. My intention is to offer support from day one, rooted in empathy, curiosity, and a shared commitment to your well-being.
