About Isabelle
Hi, I’m Isabelle, a registered dietitian with a master’s degree and a background in both clinical and oncology nutrition. I’ve spent years working closely with individuals facing complex health challenges, and I know how powerful personalized nutrition can be in supporting healing, energy, and overall well-being. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to you. Whether you're navigating a medical diagnosis, looking to prevent chronic disease, or simply want to feel more confident and at peace with food, I’m here to guide you with realistic, sustainable strategies that fit your life. I believe nutrition should be empowering, not overwhelming. Together, we’ll build a plan that nourishes your body, supports your goals, and helps you feel your best, inside and out. Let’s work together to turn knowledge into action and progress into lasting wellness.
Approach to care
I believe nutrition should be personalized, empowering, and deeply supportive. My approach is grounded in evidence-based science, with a strong focus on your goals, your preferences, and your lifestyle. Whether you're managing a medical condition, recovering from treatment, or just looking to build a healthier relationship with food, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move forward at a pace that feels right. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nutrition. I focus on practical strategies that work for your life, helping you build sustainable habits that truly support your well-being. I'm here to listen, guide, and partner with you every step of the way.
Your first session with Isabelle
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about your health history, current eating habits, lifestyle, goals, and any challenges you’ve faced along the way. I’ll ask questions to help guide our conversation, but there is no pressure. This is a safe, judgment-free space. By the end of our session, we’ll work together to identify a few clear, manageable steps you can begin with right away. I’ll make sure you feel supported, understood, and equipped with tools that are realistic for your life. My goal is for you to leave feeling encouraged, empowered, and ready to take the next step on your wellness journey.
Education
I earned my Master of Science in Food and Nutrition from Ohio University, where I also completed a supervised dietetic internship. During my internship, I gained hands-on experience through rotations in clinical nutrition, community health, and food service management. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from The Ohio State University, along with a minor in Integrative Approaches to Health and Wellness.
Hobbies
When I’m not working with clients, I love spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes or cooking for friends and family. It's one of my favorite ways to relax and connect. I also enjoy curling up with a good book (I recently finished Supper Club), working on crochet projects, and getting lost in music and movies. Whether it's a cozy night in or a creative afternoon, I always find joy in the simple, meaningful moments.
