About Isabelle

I am Isabelle, a Registered Dietitian passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with food without restriction, guilt, or confusion. I graduated from Case Western Reserve University with my Masters in Nutrition. I have experience in a variety of settings, including sports nutrition, diabetes prevention/treatment, weight management, insulin resistance, PCOS, menopause and more. Whether you're navigating weight concerns, managing a chronic condition, improving athletic performance, or just want to feel better in your skin, I’m here to support you with personalized, evidence-based nutrition care. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to fuel your body, enjoy food, and to feel your best. Nutrition doesn’t have to be overwhelming or restrictive. I provide practical, personalized guidance rooted in science and compassion so you can ditch the diets and understand your body.

Approach to care

My approach to care is rooted in empathy, science, and personalization. I take the time to understand each client’s unique health history, lifestyle, and goals because nutrition is never one-size-fits-all. I focus on practical, sustainable strategies that fit into real life. I emphasize balanced eating, body awareness, and long-term habits over restrictive diets. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and confident in your ability to nourish your body in a way that truly works for you.

Your first session with Isabelle

Our first session is all about you. I love to spend the first session getting to know one another. We’ll start with a thorough conversation to get to know your health history, lifestyle, eating habits, and goals. I’ll ask about any medical conditions, symptoms you're experiencing, and what you're hoping to achieve with nutrition support. It’s a relaxed, judgment-free space—no food shaming, no unrealistic rules. Instead, we focus on building a clear picture of your day-to-day routine so we can create a personalized plan that’s practical and sustainable. To conclude, we will end the session with goals to start working on and plan a follow up visit.
