As a Registered Dietitian, I believe nutrition should support your life, not control it. My path to becoming a Registered Dietitian began with my-self and family's own struggles with nutrition confusion and unrealistic messaging. Today, I am here to help others to develop a balanced, sustainable relationship with food rooted in science.
