About Ivy
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a background in public health, passionate about supporting women, children, families — and anyone who wants to feel their best. I’ve been a dietitian since 2017, and as a mom with lean PCOS and breastfeeding experience, I understand how personal nutrition can be — from hormones and postpartum changes to finding what truly works for your lifestyle.
Approach to care
I take a non-restrictive, intuitive approach that honors your body, culture, and lifestyle. As a Vietnamese American, I love weaving cultural foods into ways that feel realistic and meaningful. Think of me as your guide and cheerleader — focused on how you feel, not numbers or rigid rules. You can eat to live, but you can also live to eat.
Your first session with Ivy
In our first session, I’ll get to know you — not just what’s on your plate. I want to understand your routines, hobbies, and what really matters to you. Food isn’t just fuel; it’s tied to how we live, feel, and show up every day. Together, we’ll create a plan that actually fits your life — no rigid rules, no guilt. I’ll be with you every step of the way, helping you feel confident, supported, and empowered to make choices that work for your unique journey.
