About Jacie
Nutrition and human connection drew me into this work. As an RDN and LD with seven years of practice, I trained at Florida International University and Keiser University and have supported people in private practice and corporate wellness settings across South Florida. I enjoy the problem-solving side of nutrition and getting to know what matters most to each person. My life outside of appointments has shifted from gym time, water activities, dancing, and hanging with friends to diaper changes and learning the rhythms of new-mom life, which keeps my approach grounded and realistic.
Approach to care
I lean on current research while meeting you where you are, practicing with a Health At Every Size mindset so weight is not the sole focus. We'll work together to translate evidence into practical, sustainable habits that fit your life. I aim to be warm and nonjudgmental, while offering clear, action-oriented steps and education so you understand why recommendations matter. By looking at physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors together, we build long-term strategies rather than quick fixes.
Your first session with Jacie
Expect a relaxed, thorough conversation where we map out a starting point together. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you bring, and then take a deep dive into your relationship with food to understand patterns, strengths, and struggles. From that conversation we'll establish a couple of short-term, realistic goals so you leave with clear, manageable next steps. You don't need to have it all figured out, this is a judgment-free space and we'll move at a pace that feels right for you.
