About Jackie
Hi, I’m Jackie. I bring 13 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, with a Masters in Medical Nutrition. In my years as a dietitian and combined with previous years as a personal fitness professional, I have learned how to meet people where they’re at and help them build sustainable, healthy habits. Over the last several years I’ve focused on working with clients in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction, exclusively with the LGBTQ+ community as well as people navigating GLP-1 and weight loss goals.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence-based nutrition with a holistic, compassionate approach. I collaborate with you to translate the latest science into practical steps you can live with, not just follow for a week. I value a warm, judgment-free space and a weight-neutral perspective that focuses on behavior and health at every size. Together we’ll create a plan that honors your life, goals, and values, fostering lasting change built on confidence and knowledge.
Your first session with Jackie
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We’ll review your medical history and any labs or biometrics, and we’ll take time to understand your lifestyle, routines, and goals. Building rapport is a priority, and I’ll listen with curiosity and care. You don’t need to have it all figured out. By the end, we’ll outline 1 to 2 realistic steps to get you moving in the direction you want, together.
