Hi, I'm Jackie, a Registered Dietitian based in Fargo, North Dakota. I bring 23 years of experience helping people manage kidney health, diabetes, high blood pressure, and I have also supported patients with weight loss. I earned my Bachelor Degree in Dietetics and a Master in Healthcare Administration from North Dakota State University, and I currently practice as an RDN. Outside of work, I love gardening, ballroom dancing, and spending time with my three children, our dog, and a pet bunny.

My care philosophy blends evidence-based practice with genuine care. I stay up to date with current science to offer actionable steps, but I meet you where you are with warmth and empathy. I work in a direct and collaborative way, helping you set realistic steps and stay accountable. I take a holistic view, considering sleep, stress, and daily routines, and I aim to educate you so you can make confident choices long after our sessions. We’ll work together to create lasting change. I can't wait to meet you!

Your first session with Jackie

Our first appointment is a warm, low pressure conversation about you. We'll review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics, and we'll establish short-term goals together. I’ll listen, ask questions, and share practical, evidence-based strategies you can try this week to begin moving toward your goals. We'll set a foundation for our work and outline what support between visits will look like.
