We’ll create a personalized plan that honors your unique needs and goals, incorporating sustainable changes that fit your real life (yes, that includes social events, takeout, and busy schedules). Education and empowerment are at the forefront of my care, equipping you with the tools and knowledge to confidently manage chronic conditions, weight, energy levels, or your relationship with food.
Your first session with Jacklyn
Our first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll do a deep dive into your health history, daily routines, relationship with food, typical meals, challenges you’ve faced, and your goals, so I can better understand your day-to-day life and meet you where you’re at. We’ll discuss a short-term action plan to kick things off then continue building a personalized roadmap in future sessions. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and motivated.

Hobbies
Anything that involves good food and/or good company. I love trying new restaurants, hosting potlucks (I’m in a cookbook club too!), or just getting quality time with my friends & family. I’m currently training to become a group fitness instructor, which keeps me energized and connected. Whenever I can make it happen, I’m in Cape Cod with my big Italian family.
