About Jaclyn
Hi, I’m Jaclyn, a Registered Dietitian based in Rhode Island. My nutrition journey began from a personal place, navigating my own health challenges, which sparked a deep passion for helping others do the same. With experience in outpatient counseling, school, and child care nutrition, I’ve worked with individuals of all ages, supporting them in managing health conditions and improving their overall well-being. I believe that nutrition is personal, and I want you to feel heard, confident, and empowered in your choices. I’m here to guide you every step of the way!

I take a holistic approach to nutrition, recognizing that food choices are influenced by much more than just dietary preferences. I believe in building trust and creating a nurturing, approachable space where we can work together to develop a nutrition plan that fits your unique needs. Whether you need help with meal planning or are focused on building healthy habits, I’ll tailor my approach to suit your goals. Together, we’ll explore all aspects of your health—including stress, sleep, energy, and your relationship with food—so we can create a plan that is realistic, sustainable, and supportive of your long-term well-being.
Your first session with Jaclyn
In our first session, we’ll start by taking a comprehensive look at your health history, daily routines, dietary history, and goals. We’ll work together to identify key areas to focus on and create a plan that feels both practical and achievable. As we move forward, we’ll continue to build on these goals, making adjustments as needed and celebrating your progress along the way!
