Patient reviews
“Again just like the fact that she works with me and guides me in small steps and doesn't judge me when I sometimes don't do everything I was supposed to do. Helps me move forward and not give up.“
“Clear goals, game plan, and next steps outlined. Looking forward to the follow up!“
“Again! Great consistency and overall advice from Jaclyn, for someone like me it's very necessary and worth every conversation with her. Excited to be one step closer to a great and healthy lifestyle.“
About Jaclyn
I’m a registered dietitian nutritionist and certified diabetes educator with 7+ years of clinical and counseling experience. After working in a large hospital, I discovered my true passion: partnering one-on-one with people on their health journeys. I specialize in blood sugar management for insulin resistance, PCOS, and prediabetes/diabetes, and also enjoy helping clients improve heart health, cholesterol, weight management, and their relationship with food.
Approach to care
My approach is individualized and holistic—recognizing that all foods can fit into a balanced, flexible lifestyle. I guide clients away from short-term diets toward sustainable habits and a positive relationship with food for life. Making any type of change can be challenging – I will provide evidence-based education, tools, and support along the way. I will focus on getting to know you to best support you on your health journey.
Your first session with Jaclyn
Together, we’ll explore your medical history, routines, preferences, and goals to create actionable steps and supportive resources. Each session builds on the last, troubleshooting challenges and fine-tuning your plan so you feel supported every step of the way.
