About Jaclynn
Hi, Iām Jackie! Iām a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through food. My journey into nutrition started with my own experiences as a marathon runnerāI quickly realized how much of an impact food had not only on my performance, but also on my energy, focus, and overall well-being. That discovery sparked my desire to help others use nutrition as a tool to support both their goals and their everyday lives. I love food, and I believe in an āall foods fitā approachābecause I would never want to live without my favorite foods, and I donāt want you to feel like you have to either. Outside of working with clients, youāll usually find me training for my next race, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying good meals with friends and family.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to take small, realistic steps toward your goals. In our first session, my priority is to get to know you as a whole person. Weāll talk about more than just foodāI want to understand your eating habits, exercise routines, stress levels, and sleep patterns, because all of these play a role in your health and well-being. This conversation helps me see the full picture of your lifestyle so that together we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. Most importantly, I want our time to feel comfortable and supportive. Thereās no judgmentājust curiosity and collaboration. Iām genuinely excited to get to know you, hear your story, and start building a plan that helps you feel your best.
