About Jaclynn

Hi, I’m Jackie! I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping people feel their best through food. My journey into nutrition started with my own experiences as a marathon runner—I quickly realized how much of an impact food had not only on my performance, but also on my energy, focus, and overall well-being. That discovery sparked my desire to help others use nutrition as a tool to support both their goals and their everyday lives. I love food, and I believe in an ā€œall foods fitā€ approach—because I would never want to live without my favorite foods, and I don’t want you to feel like you have to either. Outside of working with clients, you’ll usually find me training for my next race, exploring the outdoors, or enjoying good meals with friends and family.

Approach to care

I believe that nutrition should never feel restrictive, overwhelming, or judgmental. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and create a supportive environment where you feel empowered to take small, realistic steps toward your goals. I see you as a whole person—not just your performance or your health goals—and together we’ll build strategies that fit your lifestyle, your preferences, and your priorities. Whether you’re an athlete looking to fuel for training, someone wanting to lose or gain weight, or simply hoping to feel healthier day-to-day, I’m here to guide you with encouragement and flexibility. I’ll walk alongside you as a partner and support system, helping you build a healthy relationship with food that lasts well beyond our time working together.

Your first session with Jaclynn

In our first session, my priority is to get to know you as a whole person. We’ll talk about more than just food—I want to understand your eating habits, exercise routines, stress levels, and sleep patterns, because all of these play a role in your health and well-being. This conversation helps me see the full picture of your lifestyle so that together we can create a plan that feels realistic and personalized to you. Most importantly, I want our time to feel comfortable and supportive. There’s no judgment—just curiosity and collaboration. I’m genuinely excited to get to know you, hear your story, and start building a plan that helps you feel your best.
