Patient reviews
“Since my first visit, I have been completely comfortable with Jacqueline. She creates a safe, judgement free space to discuss and plan how to help me, help myself. It feels more like a therapy session than a dietician session. She has been an enormous help and support. I am grateful to have found her. Thank you for teaching me to love myself by having grace and to continue to show up! “

About Jacqueline
Hi, I’m Jacqueline. I’ve spent 15 years as a Registered Dietitian, with an MS in Nutrition and credentials as an RDN and a CEDS. My career spans clinical and hospital care, corporate wellness, community health, and sports nutrition, so I understand nutrition in the context of real lives and goals. Outside of work I move my body outdoors—bicycling, swimming, hiking, running, and walking—plus I love Pilates and reading. I have a 5-year old daughter who keeps me on my toes and has turned out to be a daring foodie. I am passionate about helping new parents navigate nutrition. I’m here to help you feel confident with food, your body, and your health, with warmth, science, and a collaborative approach.
Approach to care
My care approach is evidence-based, holistic, and warmly collaborative. I ground every plan in current science while honoring your lived experience, values, and goals. We’ll explore your relationship with food and body in a nonjudgmental space, and I’ll offer clear, practical steps that fit your life. I practice a weight-neutral, health-at-every-size mindset focused on sustainable behaviors rather than quick fixes, because lasting change comes from habits you can maintain. Education is essential; I’ll explain the why behind recommendations so you can make informed decisions and own your path.
Your first session with Jacqueline
Our first appointment is a conversation built for you. We'll review your medical history, take a deeper dive into your relationship with food, and establish short-term goals that feel doable. You don’t need to have it all figured out before we meet; we’ll meet you where you are and go at a pace that feels comfortable. If you have lab work or biometrics, we’ll review them together and translate what they mean for your daily life. Most of all, we’ll set you up with a clear, collaborative plan to start.
