About Jacqueline
Outside of work, I stay energized by moving my body and enjoying good food. I love spending time with family, going on walks, biking, hiking, practicing yoga, and taking Zumba classes. I also enjoy exploring outside my comfort zone and cooking new recipes, and exploring anything involving great music. Acts of service are my love language, so supporting and uplifting others—whether I’m running errands for loved ones or helping clients feel cared for—comes naturally to me. Working with me means having a dietitian who’s fully on your team: someone who listens, encourages, and helps you build sustainable habits that support both your health and your happiness.
Approach to care
As a Registered Dietitian, my approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and centered around your goals. I believe in creating a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and encouraged—never judged. While I will share any health priorities I believe are important, you will always be empowered to make your own decisions, and I’ll support you every step of the way. I love breaking nutrition science down into simple, practical concepts. My goal is to help you truly understand your health conditions and what’s happening in your body, then work with you to create realistic strategies that fit your lifestyle. I’m an active listener and value learning from your experiences as much as I share my expertise. All of my interventions are evidence-based, and as a lifelong learner, I stay committed to providing the most informed, up-to-date care.
Your first session with Jacqueline
During our first visit, I’ll take time to get to know you—your health goals, your daily routines, your hobbies, your support system, and your past experiences with nutrition or working with a dietitian. This helps us build a personalized, sustainable plan that feels meaningful and achievable for you.
