About Jacqueline
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 13 years of experience helping people navigate a wide range of health conditions through nutrition counseling. I seek to build meaningful connections with patients as we work together toward their health goals. I have expertise in managing a wide nutritional needs including cancer care, diabetes, hypertension, weight management, food allergies, and other chronic conditions. I received my Master of Science in Human Nutrition from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a BA from University of Michigan.
Approach to care
I'm committed to helping you achieve your health goals through real food and intuitive eating—without restrictive diets or unrealistic rules. My work focuses on personalized, evidence-based nutrition counseling for weight management, diabetes, hypertension, cancer treatment, food allergies and intolerances, and other chronic conditions. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or fad diets. Instead, I focus on understanding you: your challenges, your lifestyle, and what truly matters to you. I believe in hearing your story, creating the space to meet you where you are at, and walking together to help you feel healthier and happier. Nutrition works best if it also works with your family situation. If you have a family or partner, I'm also passionate about integrating your needs with the entire family’s nutrition, working to find simple, delicious, and nutritious meals that works with your family’s schedule, budget, and health needs.
Your first session with Jacqueline
In our first session together, you can expect a safe, judgment-free space where we'll get to know each other. I'll conduct a nutrition assessment that reviews your health history and current nutrition status, and I'll take time to learn about what the daily and weekly flow of your life looks like to ensure your nutrition plan works for you. We'll talk about the reasons you sought out a dietitian, your goals, and what has and has not worked for you in the past. Together we'll create an evidence-based plan with achievable short-term nutrition and health goals to help you reach your long-term wellness goals. My goal is for you to leave feeling empowered and equipped with practical tools to make nutrition work for your life.
