About Jacqueline
Iām passionate about how nutrition and fitness shape every season of life. I relateāIāve lived through many transitions, including motherhood, midlife, and competitive to recreational sportsāand those experiences shape the way I support others. With 20+ years as a Licensed, Registered Dietitian and an MS in Nutrition Science, I blend evidence-based practice with lived experience to help clients build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that fit real life.
Approach to care
Food and health deserve both solid science and real compassion. I use current research as a foundation, while staying deeply attentive to the whole person, including lifestyle, emotions, and goals. Weāll focus on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes, using clear, actionable steps that fit your life. My counseling is weight-neutral and judgment-free, educational and practical, so together we can build lasting change that feels manageable and true to you.
Your first session with Jacqueline
Expect a relaxed, low-pressure conversation where we review your medical history and any lab work or biometrics you have. We'll talk through your routines, wins, and frustrations, then set short-term, achievable goals so you leave with clear first steps. You donāt need to have it all figured outāweāll team up to translate medical details into practical actions and adjust as we learn what works for you.
