Patient reviews
βJackie is phenomenal to work with. She is a collaborator in your plan, not a dictator. You work as a team to discuss your goals and work at your own pace to achieve them. She is very friendly and kind, but also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It's great to have a balance like that when working with a nutritionist -- having someone who is not only skilled in their profession, but brings with her a great attitude and willingness to help without being overbearing or restrictive. β

About Jacqueline
Hey! I'm Jackie, a dietitian and published author who has helped 1000+ people over the last decade hit their weight, performance and health goals. I specialize in weight management and sports nutrition for individuals of all ages, and have been successfully coaching clients to success for the last ~10 years.
Approach to care
In order to hit your goals and keep them, you need to come up with a game plan that still leaves you feeling satiated and happy. I want to work with you to not only HIT your goals, but teach you exactly what to do in order to maintain your results for the rest of your life. Without feeling like all your mental energy has to go towards tracking food or require hours of meal prep daily.
Your first session with Jacqueline
My goal for your first session is to deep dive into your goals. I want to learn about you as a person and know exactly what you're looking to achieve when working together. I also want to really understand what has and hasn't worked for you in the past when working towards your goals. There's no cookie cutter plan that works for everyone. I want to put together the puzzle pieces of your lifestyle, nutrition goals, schedule and even personality type so that we can build a roadmap to your success that fits YOUR life.
