About Jacqueline
Welcome! My name is Jackie, and I have been a Registered Dietitian for about 6 years within the clinical setting. My passion for helping patients heal only continues to grow! I have ongoing experience working with patients related to CKD/ESRD, heart disease, diabetes, wound-healing, and malnutrition. My experience in chronic disease is what also drives my desire to work with individuals in preventative care to help address nutritional issues as early as possible.
Approach to care
My goal is to help you achieve your health goals without letting go of everything you love. I strive to be as culturally inclusive as possible when it comes to managing your diet. While there may be some changes or restrictions that are necessary, I love to teach others how to balance and strategize through what they’re already familiar with, while also being open to trying new things. I will always meet you where you’re at!
Your first session with Jacqueline
Your first session will be easy going, and you can decide what you want to discuss. My only ask is that we get to know each other to ensure that I am a good fit for you. We will spend a large amount of time discussing your history, current knowledge around health, your hobbies, and health goals. From there we can collaborate on a care plan together and work on small tasks to start.
