About Jacqueline

Hi, I'm Jacqueline and I am a registered dietitian. I graduated with my bachelor's in nutrition from Cornell University and my master's of science in public health from Johns Hopkins University. My education taught me the life-long benefits of a well-balanced diet, and the challenges people may face trying to prioritize healthy foods. Through my clinical experience, I developed the skills to personalize nutrition considering an individual's needs and circumstances. In addition to being a provider at Nourish, I work with higher education dining services to support college students, faculty, and staff with healthy habits. I also collaborate with culinarians to build healthful recipes and menus. Through this work, I have become equipped to support people with cooking techniques, meal planning, and recipe building. I am also well-versed in care for people with allergies, intolerances and religious dietary restrictions.

Approach to care

Lasting change starts with realistic goals and a deep understanding of each person's unique life circumstances. My approach is rooted in creating sustainable nutrition strategies that support long-term health and fit seamlessly into your everyday life. We will collaborate to build a personalized plan that encompasses your culture, preferences, challenges, and lifestyle. I aim to meet you where you are whether you're navigating a busy schedule, managing a health condition, or simply looking to feel better in your body. A key part of my practice includes culinary nutrition support, where I help bridge the gap between nutrition science and real-life eating. From practical cooking tips to recipe planning that suits your tastes and time, I empower you with the skills and confidence to make nourishing choices in the kitchen. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported- so you can build a lifestyle of eating that works for you, now and in the long run.

Your first session with Jacqueline

Your first session is all about getting to know you—not just your nutrition goals, but your full picture. We will discuss your health and nutrition history, lifestyle, eating habits, and personal priorities. We may explore your relationship with food, your daily routine and any stressors, your time for cooking and eating, and your cultural and personal food preferences. I want to understand not just what you eat, but how, why, and what matters most to you when it comes to food and health. From there, we will begin to identify realistic, sustainable goals that feel achievable—not overwhelming. You’ll leave this first session with a clear direction and practical takeaways. Most importantly, this session sets the tone for a collaborative and supportive relationship, where you're the expert on your life, and I’m here to help you make nutrition work within it.
