About Jacqueline

Hi, I'm Jacqueline. I bring four years of experience as a Registered Dietitian rooted in a hospital setting, with a strong science foundation from my education. I earned a Bachelor's in Health Science from the University of Memphis in 2020 and a Master of Nutrition at Mississippi State University, where I wrote a thesis on the low-FODMAP diet for IBS. I carry credentials MS, RDN, and LDN, and I love translating complex nutrition science into practical, doable steps. Outside of work, you’ll find me rock climbing, cooking, or spending time with my family at the park. I’m passionate about GI gut health and fiber and I approach care with warmth and collaboration.

Approach to care

As a practitioner, my care philosophy centers on evidence-based science delivered with empathy and warmth. I believe in collaborating with you, translating the latest research into practical steps, and guiding you with clear, direct actions so you feel capable and informed. I practice with a holistic, health at every size mindset, focusing on sustainable habits rather than quick fixes. We’ll tailor plans that respect your values and daily routines, while supporting long-term changes around fiber intake, GI health, and overall well being. Education is at the heart of what I do, so you’ll leave with knowledge and confidence.

Your first session with Jacqueline

Our first appointment is all about you. We’ll approach it as a conversation, not a high-stakes evaluation. There’s no need to have it all figured out before we meet. I’ll walk you through what to expect and we’ll start by logging your meals so I can track progress, review lab work and biometrics, and establish short-term goals. We’ll also review your medical history together to make sure we’re building a plan that fits you. Most importantly, you’ll feel supported, understood, and respected as we map out the path forward.
