Patient reviews
βUnderstanding and using the correct language to break down long-standing behaviors of food is critical to improving yourself. Working with Jacquelyn has fundamentally changed my relationship with food because she focuses on the whole and not just the parts. Conversations are encouraging and productive while meeting you where you will thrive. I now have a system and the language to express a successful relationship with food that goes beyond just goals. I couldn't have done it without Jacquelyn.β

Your first session with Jacquelyn
Your first session is where Jacquelyn will get to know you! She will ask about your health and nutrition history, what things you have done in the past that have worked, what has not worked, and what you are currently doing. You will discuss your goals, priorities, and expectations. You will take a team approach to building a fulfilling education plan that positively impacts your individual lifestyle.
