About Jade
I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer who loves to help people reach their fullest potential! I have been in the health and nutrition realm for almost 15 years and have worked with clients in many different stages of life and with a variety of conditions. My focus now is primarily weight loss, women's health (fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, hormone health), and diabetes management. I love helping my clients reach their goals and enjoy living life. Having gone through my own health struggles, I am passionate about helping everyone I can because I believe the best lived life is one that nourishes you!
Approach to care
My approach to care is individualized and tailored to you. Everyone has their own stories and health struggles, and I think it's important to discuss those and how they impact your life. Being honest and having an open line of communication is so helpful in creating achievable and sustainable goals. I think everyone's health journey is unique to them and I want to help guide you to success. I have a more holistic approach and incorporate both nutrition and lifestyle changes to create an optimal plan.
Your first session with Jade
In our first session, we will get to know each other through a series of questions about your health and nutrition history, lifestyle, and reasons you are seeking nutrition guidance. Next, we discuss your primary health/nutrition goals and discuss a plan of action for reaching those goals. We then conclude the session with one to three goals or action items to work on for the next session. These are typically smaller goals or steps to help you reach your long term goals. We will focus on building sustainable changes that lead to lifelong healthy habits!
