About Jaiden

Hi I'm Jaiden, a registered dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel more at ease with food and more at home in their bodies! I don’t believe in rigid “diets” or one-size-fits-all plans—instead, I focus on realistic, sustainable changes that support your health and your lifestyle. I earned my degrees in Dietetics and Health Promotion from the University of Connecticut (go Huskies) and have a background in weight management and bariatric surgery. My experiences have shown me just how personal nutrition is—and that success looks different for everyone. Outside of sessions, you could find me experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, walking my dog or watching reality tv :)

Approach to care

My approach to nutrition is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based care. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to food and health. I strive to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where we can explore your relationship with food, body, and health at your pace. Whether we're navigating medical nutrition therapy, making practical lifestyle changes, or unlearning harmful diet culture messages, our work together will be guided by respect, trust, and your unique needs. I aim to help you build sustainable habits that feel realistic and empowering, not restrictive or overwhelming. My role isn’t to tell you what to do, but to partner with you in making choices that support your well-being in a way that aligns with your values and lifestyle.

Your first session with Jaiden

In our first session together, my primary goal is to get to know you—your story, your goals, and what brings you to nutrition counseling. We'll talk about your health history, current lifestyle, eating habits, and any challenges you’re facing. I want to understand not just what’s going on physically, but also what matters to you when it comes to food, health, and overall well-being. This is a space for you to share openly, without judgment. My role is to listen, support, and begin crafting a personalized approach that aligns with your values and needs. Whether you’re looking for help with a specific condition, want to feel better in your body, or are simply seeking more clarity around food, we’ll start laying the foundation for a sustainable and supportive plan together.
