About Jaime
Jaime J. Larese is a dedicated nutrition professional and nationally board certified health and wellness coach who has been in practice since 2010. Her love for helping people meet their wellness goals has helped her create a successful and meaningful career. In addition, her passions for overall wellness, while rooted in nutrition, are extremely diverse and she brings a wealth of knowledge to help every client who works with her. In her free time, Jaime loves to do lots of things like being outdoors, cooking, reading and exploring all life has to offer with positivity, among so many others.
Approach to care
My philosophies surrounding nutrition and wellness focus primary on using food as medicine to reach health goals, but I also incorporate all other aspects of wellness to serve my clients to the best of my, and their, ability. My passions to help simplify nutrition and wellness helps my clients understand that progressions, and not perfections, deliver the best results. I will never tell someone what to do or what to eat but rather help to facilitate sustainable behavior changes with positivity, encouragement and patience. While I always place the nutrition expert hat on when warranted, my primary focus is to continue to meet you where you're at so you can have the best success.

What successes have you had (if any) previously? Where do you feel your struggles lay? What's your vision of you at your healthiest self? Let's take a dive into what brought you to seeking me out and discuss how you feel I can help you the most. I want YOU to be in the driver's seat and for me to then explain better how I can help you. We'll then make a plan for how our sessions will play out (being flexible, of course) and we'll start to walk this journey together.
