About Jaimie

As a Registered Dietitian, Jaimie believes that lasting health is built on balance- not restriction. Her approach centers on the idea that all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle, and that moderation, mindfulness, and enjoyment are key to sustainable nutrition. She is passionate about helping individuals develop a positive relationship with food and empowering them to make choices that support both their physical and emotional well-being. Her work focuses on understanding each person’s unique goals, challenges, and habits, and guiding them through realistic, science-based behavior changes to create long-term success. Whether you’re looking to improve your overall nutrition, manage a medical condition, or simply feel more confident in your food choices, her goal is to meet you where you are and help you find balance—one step at a time.

Approach to care

Jaimie's approach to care is rooted in high quality, evidence-based nutrition practice and a respect for each individual’s unique needs and goals. She strives to create an open, honest, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make lasting changes. Together, you will focus on developing practical, personalized strategies that fit into real life—how to better manage your health condition or how to foster a more positive relationship with food.

Your first session with Jaimie

Your relationship with food and nutrition is deeply personal, and Jaimie is committed to ensuring you feel comfortable and supported from the very first session. Your initial session will begin with a warm welcome and an opportunity to get to know each other. Jaimie will take time to understand your reasons for seeking nutrition counseling, your goals, and what you hope to achieve through your work together. She will also invite you to share your health and nutrition history, your experiences with food, and any challenges or successes you’ve encountered along the way. Together, you will begin to develop an individualized plan of care—one that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, and preferences. By the end of the session, you will identify small, realistic steps to begin your journey toward lasting, sustainable change.
