I’ve worked in clinical and hospital settings and in private practice, bringing science into practical plans. I carry the MS, LD, and RD credentials, and I believe strong nutrition comes from listening first. When I'm not at work, I love cooking, camping, hiking, and fishing. Your first session with James

Our first appointment is all about you. We'll review your medical history and talk through your relationship with food in a non-judgmental space. I'll ask about your routines, challenges, and goals, and you don't need to have everything figured out before we meet. Together we'll set one to two short-term, realistic goals and outline practical steps to start making progress. This is a collaborative conversation, not a test, and I'll support you with clear expectations and steady encouragement as we begin your sustainable journey.
