Your first session with James

In our first session, we'll take time to get to know each other and dive into your health history, current lifestyle and any specific goals or challenges you’re facing. I’ll ask about any medical conditions, lab results (if available), medications and your day-to-day routine so I can get a full picture of your health. From there, we’ll start to outline a personalized plan that fits your goals and feels realistic for your lifestyle. You’ll leave the session with clear next steps, a better understanding of how nutrition supports your health and a roadmap for moving forward. Most importantly, it’s a judgment-free space! We go at your pace; I’m here to support, not overwhelm.

Hobbies

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the drums and guitar, which help me stay creative and unwind. I’m passionate about weight lifting, as it keeps me physically active and mentally focused. Cooking is another hobby I love, allowing me to explore new recipes and experiment with nutritious meals. Travel is a big part of my life as well, as it broadens my perspective and gives me the chance to experience new cultures and cuisines. Above all, I cherish spending quality time with my family and friends.
