My name is James, a registered dietitian passionate about helping people feel confident, strong, and in control of their health/fitness. I work with individuals managing metabolic conditions and I tailor each plan to your specific medical nutrition needs while keeping things realistic and sustainable. I believe progress shouldn’t feel restrictive. I guide clients in creating satisfying, nutrient dense meals that promote fullness and steady energy, along with realistic daily movement and strength building habits that fit into your schedule. Most importantly, I provide consistent accountability and support. Change is easier when you’re not doing it alone. Together, we track progress, problem solve obstacles and build habits you can maintain long term... not just for a season. If you’re looking for non-judgmental personalized guidance, structured support, and a partner in your health journey, I’d love to work with you.

Approach to care

My approach to care is based on scientific evidence and collaborative efforts with the patient, doctor and any other professional that is part of your health journey. As a dietitian, my goal is to serve you. Every person is different, and it is important to listen carefully and discuss/create a plan of action together. I want to be the person that helps you enjoy life, stay accountable, and not focus on the end results, but the journey itself. I think health and fitness should be seen as a life-long adventure and you are the main character.

Your first session with James

Our first appointment is going to be all about you. We will discuss your family/medical history, eating habits, lifestyle, short and long term goals, personal challenges or obstacles you might be facing and anything else that you would like to talk about. This is always in a judgement free setting. Remember, our job as a dietitian is to serve you. If you are not sure what you want to do, we will take it step by step. It is very important to me that we get to know each other and our following sessions will build off of the previous one. If we both stumble on an obstacle together, I will utilize my resources such as my mentors (private information will never be shared) as well as doing my own deep research. I want to be able to help you in every way possible.
