About Jamie
Hi, I’m Jamie. I’ve spent 20 years as a Registered Dietitian and earned an MS in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. My career spans clinical and hospital care, private practice, and research academia, where I’ve learned to translate science into practical, sustainable guidance. When I’m not at work, I love cooking and entertaining, playing mahjong, reading, and soaking up the beach. I’m here to support you with warmth, clarity, and a collaborative spirit.
Approach to care
My care philosophy blends evidence based practice with an empathetic, warm approach. I stay grounded in current science to guide our plan, but I meet you where you are and avoid judgment. Together we’ll set clear, doable steps and focus on sustainable habits. I embrace a Health At Every Size, holistic view that honors your values while addressing sleep, stress, and daily life. I also believe in teaching you the why behind choices so you can own your health.
Your first session with Jamie
Our first session is all about you. We’ll review your medical history, lab work and biomarkers, and start to establish short term goals while shaping a personalized meal plan. This is a low pressure, collaborative conversation with no need to have everything figured out ahead of time. You’ll leave with a clear sense of next steps and 1 or 2 tangible actions we can start together.
