About Jamie
Hi there! I am a registered dietitian with more than seven years of experience, driven by a deep compassion for providing individualized, patient-centered care. I believe that meaningful nutrition guidance starts with meeting people exactly where they are—honoring their unique backgrounds, challenges, and goals. My approach focuses on connecting food, products, and practical strategies to support measurable health outcomes, all while keeping patients motivated and supported throughout their journey. I’m dedicated to helping each person build confidence, create sustainable habits, and feel empowered in their path toward better health.
Approach to care
As a registered dietitian, my approach to care is rooted in understanding what works best for each patient and their unique lifestyle. I believe that nutrition guidance must fit into a person’s real life, not the other way around. During our work together, we’ll have open conversations about your eating habits, including detailed food recalls, so I can better understand your preferences, routines, and challenges. We’ll also discuss food products and practical options that can support your goals without adding stress or complexity. Beyond nutrition, I take a whole-person approach to health and wellness. Together, we’ll explore factors like stress management, sleep quality, physical activity, and your emotional relationship with food—because these elements all play a meaningful role in overall well-being. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel understood, motivated, and empowered to make sustainable changes that genuinely improve your health.
Your first session with Jamie
In our first session together, you can expect a warm, relaxed, and judgment-free conversation—more like a friendly “get to know you” chat with purpose. We’ll start by exploring your lifestyle, work, routines, and anything else that naturally shapes how you eat. My focus is simply to understand what your life looks like so we can build a plan that fits you, not the other way around. We’ll talk through any nutrition challenges you’ve been experiencing, as well as food allergies or sensitivities. I’ll guide you through a simple dietary recall to get a sense of what a typical day of eating looks like. Beyond food, we’ll look at the bigger picture: sleep, stress, movement, and how you feel around eating—because all of these pieces influence your overall well-being. Together, we’ll create a meaningful habit so you can leave our session feeling confident about your next steps toward better health and wellness.
