About Jamie
Over 16 years working across hospitals, private practice, corporate wellness, and media has taught me how to make nutrition feel practical and human. I hold an MS in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Columbia, and as an RDN I lean on evidence without losing warmth. I also teach yoga as an RYT and love Barry's, cooking, and keeping up with my kids. Together we'll translate complex science into sensible, sustainable steps that fit your life.

We focus on sustainable habits, not quick fixes, prioritizing behaviors and well-being over weight. I address the whole person, from sleep and stress to movement, and I teach you the why so you can make informed choices long term.

Expect a calm, collaborative conversation where we review your medical history, discuss any lab work or biometrics you have, and set a couple of short-term goals we can actually achieve. You don't need to have everything figured out beforehand. We'll map priorities together, clarify next steps, and leave with practical actions that feel manageable and meaningful for your day-to-day life.
