About Jamie

Finding the right nutrition plan shouldn’t feel overwhelming or restrictive. I help busy individuals take control of their health with realistic, sustainable strategies that fit into their daily lives—whether it’s managing diabetes, achieving weight goals, or simply feeling better. With over a decade of experience in outpatient nutrition counseling, I specialize in practical, evidence-based solutions that make healthy eating simple. As a working professional and parent, I understand how challenging it can be to balance nutrition with a full schedule. I know firsthand that life gets busy, cravings happen, and some nights call for takeout—but that doesn’t mean healthy habits have to be all or nothing. My approach is all about progress, not perfection. Whether you're looking for one-on-one counseling, meal-planning guidance, or long-term support, I’m here to help you take the next step toward better health. Let’s create a plan that fits your life, not the other way around.

Approach to care

I believe nutrition should be realistic, personalized, and sustainable. My goal is to help clients make small, meaningful changes that fit their lifestyle—without strict rules or restrictions. I provide practical, evidence-based guidance in a supportive, judgment-free environment, empowering clients to build healthier habits with confidence.

Your first session with Jamie

Your first visit is all about getting to know you—your health goals, lifestyle, and any challenges you face with nutrition. We’ll discuss your medical history, eating habits, and daily routine to create a personalized plan that fits your needs. You’ll leave with practical, realistic strategies to start making progress right away. My goal is to provide a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel empowered to take control of your health.

Location

Education

Master’s degree in Dietetic Administration 2019 Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, 2011

Hobbies

When I’m not helping others navigate nutrition, you can find me outdoors—cross-country skiing, hiking, or camping (basically doing anything that justifies a good snack afterward). I also love spending time with my family, whether we’re adventuring outside or just enjoying a cozy night in. When I get a rare quiet moment, I’m usually listening to a good book or podcast.
