I’m Jamie (she/her), a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach dedicated to helping people cultivate healthier, more joyful relationships with food and overall wellness. Grounded in nutrition science and guided by a holistic perspective, I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health. Each person’s journey is unique, which is why I take time to understand your goals, challenges, and preferences. Together, we’ll build a realistic, sustainable plan that supports both your body and your lifestyle. My approach to wellness goes beyond food—it’s about the whole person. Nutrition is one part of the picture, but meaningful change also comes from looking at sleep, stress, movement, mindset, and daily habits. I combine evidence-based nutrition science with a compassionate, collaborative approach to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll uncover what truly supports your well-being and create a realistic, sustainable, and personalized path forward. I believe you know yourself best, and my role is to guide and support you with tools, accountability, and encouragement. This is a judgment-free space where your story matters, and where small, intentional shifts can add up to big, lasting change. I’m here to make the process easier—even when life feels challenging—so you can feel empowered, balanced, and well in every sense of the word.

Your first session with Jamie

Our first session (about 55 minutes) is all about getting to know you. We’ll talk about what brings you to Nourish, explore your goals, and dive into your lifestyle, medical history, eating patterns, and any challenges you’re facing. There’s no need to prepare—just come as you are. Together, we’ll identify your top priorities and map out next steps that feel realistic and doable. Follow-up sessions are where the real momentum builds. We’ll revisit your progress, celebrate wins, navigate challenges, and make adjustments as needed. Change is rarely a straight line—there will be ups and downs—but you won’t be navigating it alone. I’m here to offer support, accountability, and guidance every step of the way as we work toward sustainable, meaningful change.
