Your first session with Jamika
In our first Nourish session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, your health history, lifestyle, goals, and nutrition challenges. I’ll complete a nutrition assessment, which may include reviewing your medical history, labs, eating patterns, and routines. Together, we’ll set priorities and discuss what you’d like to accomplish, whether boosting energy, managing a condition, or fueling performance. Instead of rigid meal plans, I’ll guide you toward realistic steps that fit your life. Using motivational interviewing, we’ll create personalized goals so you leave with clarity, confidence, and a plan. You can expect a clearer picture of your nutrition status, practical strategies tailored to your needs, at least one specific goal to begin with, and a roadmap for ongoing support all in a supportive, judgment-free space.
