About Jane
Hi, I'm Jane. For forty years I've worked as a registered dietitian, guided by a BS in Food and Nutrition and an MS in Clinical Nutrition. My career spans clinical and hospital settings, private practice, and corporate wellness, and I’m grateful for every chance to learn from my patients. I bring the MS, CSO, and MBA I earned to bear on everyday choices, blending science with practical plans you can live with. I look forward getting to know you and supporting your health journey.
Approach to care
Evidence guides my care, but warmth and partnership keep it human. We'll work together in a collaborative, nonjudgmental way, turning current research into practical steps you can use every day. I practice a sustainable, weight-neutral, HAES-informed approach that focuses on behavior, nourishment, and overall well-being rather than quick fixes. We'll consider your sleep, stress, and mental health, and we will share the knowledge you need to feel confident making choices that fit your life.
Your first session with Jane
Our first appointment is a conversation about you. We'll review your medical history, recent lab work or biometrics, and begin to establish short-term goals. We'll explore your current eating patterns, lifestyle, and what has or hasn't worked before, all in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. Together we'll draft a personalized meal plan that feels doable, and we'll set one or two practical steps to start with. You don't need to have it all figured out yet.
