About Janet

I didn’t grow up with any food rules; instead, I grew up eating emotionally and unhealthily. In hindsight, it was no wonder I experienced decades of unwellness. For years in search of well-being, I explored conventional self-care methods without success. This led me to enroll in institutions to help me understand what it means to use ā€œFood as Medicineā€. Now, with over 20 years in the field as an Integrative Registered Dietitian and by furthering my skill set through certification in Leap Therapy and as a Holistic Coach, I have finally found lasting solutions that work for me. I hope to impart all that I’ve learned so that people can discover what it means to be free from illness, thereby achieving independence for life!

Approach to care

I listen to your story with empathy, communicate transparently, and create personalized strategies that are on pace with where you’re at. I enjoy supporting and guiding, cheering your wins, and working through challenges together. This partnership approach and the establishment of trust in the process are key to how patients transform their health outcomes and improve their relationship with food.
